Where We Ship

We currently ship to Singapore and Hong Kong only.
We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Order Processing

Orders will be shipped out 1-2 business days after order confirmation. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders may take longer to process during sales or holiday seasons.

Shipping information cannot be changed or updated once the order has been processed and shipped from our facility. Please make sure your delivery information is correct before making payment.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We use tracked courier services for all orders to Singapore and Hong Kong.

Most Singapore orders are delivered within 1 - 2 working days after dispatch.

Most Hong Kong orders are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch. 

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance or peak periods, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders above S$50 to addresses in Singapore.

Shipping is free for orders above S$100 to addresses in Hong Kong.

For all other orders, the shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Taxes

Orders shipped to Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs and duty fees as defined by local authorities. Any such charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in your order and/or shipping total.
